Introduction to Project Management

Project managers–and those in charge of a project must make decisions that influence project outcomes on a daily basis. Those with fundamental knowledge about project management are more likely to make informed decisions, act quickly and have healthy discussions about their projects with stakeholders.

The goal of this course is to provide Project Managers–and those responsible for projects within their organization with important concepts in project management to develop their competences and capabilities.
